B., Registration Date 10-04-2013 Organization Main Astronomical Observatory popup.description2 A comprehensive study - theory, observations, N-body simulation - for evidences of the dark matter on the different structure scales of the Universe (double star systems containing compact objects, including black holes or brown dwarfs, hidden mass in galaxies and clusters of galaxies; active galactic nuclei and the processes of accretion of matter on galactic black hole) is conducted. The studied samples of celestial objects were provided both under the author's development (including in international cooperation) and the observational monitoring programs (SRI "CrAO") as well as due to the access to world-wide databases and catalogs of celestial objects, and computing resources of a grid-cluster of the MAO NASU. The following priority results are obtained. Original catalogs of isolated galaxies are created. New approaches to the analysis of the clustering of extragalactic objects yielded reliable the data about the contents of the dark matter in galaxy groups. New approaches to the determination of the chemical composition of matter in galaxies are developed. It is shown that the oxygen content in the Universe is two to three times lower than was thought until now. At the first time a self-consistent N-body model of galaxy hemo-dynamical evolution is analyzed, as well as an unprecedented resolution of a numerical simulation of the evolution of the galactic center is achieved. A new method of calculation of the spectra of late spectral classes of stars and brown dwarfs is proposed. Priority research of the formation of lithium lines in the atmospheres of low-mass young stars is performed. An observation of active galactic nuclei were conducted and new methods for determining the mechanisms of accretion and estimates of black holes in their centers were provided. The results are published in over 60 articles, a handbook for students is put in practice, the English-language monograph "Dark energy and dark matter in the Universe" in 3 volumes is prepared for publishing.
