Semi-continuous casting machine combined with the technology allows obtaining the ingots with improved properties. The goal of research is to establish dependence of the intensity of hydrogen removal from wrought aluminum alloys in their inoculation by introducing transition metal intermetallic transition metals into vacuum magneto-dynamic units on the temperature, magnetohydrodynamic and other technological parameters of the process of alloys preparing and casting. The research techniques are metallographic, chemical analysis, thermometric tests, standard methods for hydrogen determining in aluminum alloys, the study of electromagnetic and hydrodynamic parameters. It was established that the intermetallic transition metals being taken into the melt intensify the alloys degassing process by tripling the time, during which the evolution of hydrogen from the melt occurs in bubbles (kinematic) mode. As a result of the effective melt refining, residual hydrogen content of the crystallized alloys decreases by 0.05-0.06 cm3/100 g. Application field of such alloys is foundry industry.
