The temperature and SSS for fixed operational loads and thermal cycling in a typical passage drum boiler including elevated pressures and temperatures (T = 520o C, p = 16 MPa) are calculated. The technique for defining of energy equipment materials crack resistance characteristics (12ХНМФА steel) under biaxial nonproportional loading in hydrogen of high pressure and temperature is developed. The toughness characteristics of energy industry materials (20 steel) at high parameters (р = 40 МPa) is defined. Experimental chamber for tubular specimen testing under nonproportional loading in hydrogen were modernized.
