A universal probe for continuous monitoring of changes in the concentration of coarse moisture in the steam stream is developed, made and with advantage has passed approbation on ТPP of Ukraine. The temperature effects arising at a flow of a probe by a transonic steam stream in biphase area are investigated. On the basis of the researches recommendations on optimization of modes of turbine operation from the point of view of reducing the erosive wear of rotor blades are developed.
