The purpose of work is receiving new scientific results in radio-astronomical researches, creation of new devices, RT-70 improvement, creation of RT-32Sh, RT-32E, the local interferometer, preparation for Radioastron project. Methods of research and equipment: methods of radio astronomy, statistical radiophysics, multiposition radar-location are applied. PT 70 (NCUVKZ), UTR-2 (IRA NASU), the correlator and RT-32 of Institute of radio astronomy INAF (Medichina, Italy) took part in experiments. Results and their novelty: during the period January, 2009 - December 2009 11 sessions of observation and a radar are executed, new measurements of radiations of radiation sources are processed for their interpretation, new values of errors of targeting of RT-70 in the various ranges of lengths of waves are provided for updating of matrixes of amendments of PT 70.
