Aim is to explore and develop epizootiology & rapid diagnosis of toxoplasmosis for farm and domestic animals. Research methods are parasitological, clinical, morphological, biochemical, statistical. Research has established that cattle, goats, horses, pigs, cats and dogs were heavily affected by agent of Toxoplasmosis - Toxoplasma gondii. Of the 90 dogs examined by ELISA reacted positively to the Toxoplasmosis agent 75 animals (83,33%). Found varying degrees of invasion in dogs, depending on the season and age of the animals. Not registered significant difference in Toxoplasma invasion animals of different sexes.
