Goal of research is determine the geological conditions of forming, studing of material composition and determination of isotopic age of granites. Research methods is petrographic description of thin rocks sections and isotopic dating of zircon and monazite crystals using a classic U-Pb method. It is done a study of petrographic features and radiogeohronological age of granites, which marks out inside of ultrametamorfic Sheremetiv, Zhytomyr and intrusive Kyshyn complexes. The isotopic age of Sheremetiv plahiohranites complex was defined by the isochron uranium-lead method using zircons is 2,09 ± 3.2 Ga. On the basis of data obtained by conventional U-Pb method of isotopic dating of monazite it is determined that Zhytomyr granite massifs were forming at 2,07Ga. It is determing a positive geochemical spesialization of Kyshyn granite complex on molybdenum. In granites of Muharivskyi massifs the molibdenum mineralization is firstly determing.
