A purpose is personalization of doses for inhabitants of territories affected by the Chernobyl disaster. Methods: radiation hygienical, mathematical programming, dosimetric. Results: It was fulfilled the analysis of SRU data which can be used to individualize doses caused by the Chernobyl accident for subjects from Rokytne raion of Rivne region and Kozelets and Ripky raions of Chernihiv region. A set of criteria and conditions for the formation of a "pilot" contingent, which is possible to calculate individualized doses have developed. The data of size and types of radio-ecological and dosimetric monitoring in settlements of these raions have analysed. It was developed and scientific substantiated the models of reconstruction thyroid doses in 1986, annual external (1986-2011) doses and internal doses from radiocesium (1987-2011 years). It was demonstrated that the model of internal exposure for subjects SRU Rokytne raion is settlement-specific, models for subjects SRU Kozeletskyi and Ripky districts is raion-specific. The individualized doses for 65,075 people from the "pilot" contingent have estimated. A draft recommendations have developed.
