Results: The methods for modelling of biokinetics of incorporated radionuclides of uranium in the human body and methodical approaches for the analysis of bioassay measurements were developed. Universal mechanism for retrospective analysis based on the use of functions "dose per unit excretion" was proposed in methodical approaches. Periodicity of bioassay sampling, which is performed in the framework of biophysical monitoring of internal exposure of personnel, was substantiated. Collection and analysis of measurements of uranium radionuclides in urine samples of workers of the State Enterprise "Eastern Mining and Processing Enterprise" was performed. Procedures for calculating the effective dose of internal exposure of personnel of uranium-mining and uranium-processing industry were developed.
