Interspecies differences in tolerant diapason of investigated factors have been established. Alterations of ability to adaptation of animals depending on strength of factors effect and conditions of initial habitat have been found. Basing on field and laboratory investigation of different groups of aboriginal and invasion species of fishes the main mechanisms of their physiological, biochemical and population adaptation to ecological and anthropogenic factors have been established.
