First created and investigated a generalized model of the frequency and power processes in AFPC systems with universal structure in which the regulation provides controllable loads. On the basis of the developed model, created the problem-oriented software-information complex, with the use of which investigated the actual processes of changes in the frequency and power in the power system in emergency mode with consideration of non-linear constraints in regulators the power level, the speed of the power changes and the deadband. The structure of emergency frequency and power control had been developed on the basis of thermal-electric controllable loads (TECL). Researched basis for the organization to control the states of TECL compaction electrical load curves (ELC) of power systems. Defines the requirements to TECL and their possible use to the ELC compaction of interconnected power systems.
