Karazin popup.description2 The main aim of this investigation is the synthesis and testing of the new highly sensitive organic fluorescent materials, elaboration of the experimental procedures of their practical application, testing of the proposed procedures in various fields of biophysics, medicine and environmental monitoring. The object of investigation - organic fluorescent compounds with the excited state charge and proton transfer. The subject of investigation - the processes of the excited state charge and electron transfer in organic fluorescent molecules; their application for designing of the new sensing materials with prospects of analytical application in medicine, molecular biology, ecological monitoring of the environment, nanotechnology. The general fundamental problem, on resolving of which this work is directed - the influence of the excited charge and electron transfer processes onto the spectral properties of organic fluorescent molecules and the usage of the above mentioned effects in designing of the new sensing compounds characterized by the increased specifity and sensitivity to the changes in their nearest molecular surrounding.
