Karazin popup.description2 The aim of this work is the development of the theory of chemical and electrochemical dissolving of metals and alloys, formation of surface films depending on the surface treatment method, electrolyte and alloy composition; the study of kinetics of stage reactions at the electro precipitation of components of semiconductive structures in different hydrodynamic modes; the elucidation and generalization of new equilibrium, energetic, spectral regularities of interaction between polyatomic particles (metal complexes, organic ions) in aqueous solutions and in solutions containing surfactant additions or polar organic solvents; the revealing of the connection between thermodynamics of the processes and energy of solvation of reagents in solutions of BAS, the development of models describing thermodynamic properties of biochemical solutions. The results of integrated study have been presented, on the basis of this research the mechanisms are established and physico-chemical rules of chemical and electrochemical dissolving of aluminium and D-16 alloy, copper and L-62 alloy in various media taking into account activating metal complexes and surface passivating phase formation processes are determined; compositions and properties of waste technological solutions are determined and methods of their recycling are elaborated; composition of nitrate electrolyte for copper plating with К4Р2О7 additive is optimized; possibility of the electrolytic formation of initial polymetallic structures on conducting Nb constructions from aqueous r and non-aqueous solutions is shown and the algorithm of realization of technological processes of thin (102-103 nm) superconductive intermetallide phase receipt is offered.
