Actuality scientifically - research work consists of necessity of creation of the technical systems for development of deep-water deposits of hydrocarbon power mediums (gas-hydrates, metanogidratov) the enormous supplies of which are opened the Ukrainian geologists in the deep-water districts of the Black sea. As a result of implementation scientifically is research work the flows and pressures which are formed at affecting of extreme marine waves and flows elaborate designs of deep-water platforms for the reconnaissance and operating boring drilling given about the three-dimensional non-stationary fields of speed are first got, and also for other areas of modern marine technologies: project "The Marine start", radio-locators of the marine basing, platforms for implementation of difficult diver-technical works. On the basis of results of hydrodynamic design the znakoperemennye loadings are certain on the elements of constructions and description of vibrations of platforms at different hydrometeorological terms. Numeral calculations of vypolnreny for two basic types of deep-water platforms of SPAR and TLP. The systems are considered with the different structure of the anchor system of withholding in a point with possible rejections no more (1,5...2)% from a depth exterminating. Experimental researches of hydrodynamics of models of deep-water platforms in the opytovom pool of the Sevastopol national technical university were executed on the basis of the created modern digital measurings systems. They are used for verification and clarification of the developed hydrodynamic models of such settings. Drawn on the results of NIR in the educational process of the Sevastopol national technical university, inculcated in centrally is a designer bureau "Coral" as a programmatic and methodical providing of developments, published in great numbers scientific reasons. On results scientific - research work geared-up and handed over in a seal monograph "Hydrodynamics of deep-water platforms for the terms of the Black sea". Got at implementation scientifically is research work can be drawn on results in the different international and national projects of mastering of power resources of economic area of Ukraine, and also in project and industrial organizations, research institutes and higher educational establishments of Ukraine, which are specialized in the different areas of marine technologies.
