The purpose of work is research of features of distribution of hertzian waves of the SVCh range in the atmosphere of Earth, conducting of computation of indikatris dispersion of waves of millimetric and teragertsovogo ranges by raindrops, development of methodology of the determination of parameters of active gazovideleniy controlled from distance from a bottom from data of the acoustic sounding; conducting of systematic researches of influencing of the nizkointensivnih electromagnetic fields and ultrasound on biological objects. The basic methods of researches are controlled and radiofizicheskie from distance. Results of NIR: - a data-base results of measuring of odno-i twofrequency signals for the study of influencing of meteoparametrov atmosphere and sun activity on distribution of the GPS signals is created; - the results of computation of indikatris dispersion of waves of millimetric are presented and teragertsovogo ranges by raindrops; - a model for the inversion of data of the acoustic sounding in the parameters of gazovideleniy is developed, which takes into account the change of form of gas bubbles with the increase of their sizes; - statistical descriptions of fluctuations of the signals dissipated in gas torches are studied, and a new method of the determination of speed of emerging of bubble accumulations controlled from distance in intensive sipahi is offered; - systematic researches of influencing of the nizkointensivnih electromagnetic fields on the seeds of plants and microorganisms are conducted, research of the EMP influencing and ultrasound with the purpose of development and making of antigen derivatov bacterial toxins is conducted.
