Developed physico-chemical approaches to the formation of the leading glass nanostructured films of ITO/ZnO, ITO/ZnO/Au, ITO/ZnO/CdS, ITO/ZnO/Au/CdS, patterns and clarified the peculiarities of their participation photochemical, and photocatalytic photovoltaic processes. Elucidated spectroscopy, photoluminescence and photocatalytic properties of nano zinc oxide in systems containing incorporates graphene oxide. It was shown that ZnO nanocrystals exhibit photocatalytic properties of graphene oxide reduction reaction of ethanol. By photocatalytic recovery of colloidal graphene oxide with dioksydtytanovyh materials obtained nanocomposites partially reduced graphene oxide with nanocrystalline TiO2 Degussa P25, mesoporous TiO2 and tytanate nanotubes, clarified their photocatalytic properties in gas-phase oxidation reactions of ethanol and acetaldehyde. In particular, we show that in the case of TiO2 (Degussa P25) and tytanate nanotube deposition on the surface of the photocatalyst partially reduced graphene oxide leads to increased speed phototransformations substrates, the cause of which can be efficiently separate photogenerated charges between components nanostructures, compared with baseline dioxidtitans materials. Established ability of colloidal graphene oxide photoinitiator act polymerization of acrylamide in aqueous solutions under the action of visible light. Kinetic regularities found out process and provides the main stage of the mechanism.5481 Product Description popup.authors
