A goal of work is development of information technology, method and device for identification and visualization of laryngeal nerves during surgical operations on a thyroid, for preventing of their damages that can result in limitation of vocal cords functions. Research methods are methods of interval data analysis, methods of correlation analysis, methods of computer design, methods of optimization, methods of signal theory, methods of system theory. Research results are an analysis the existent methods of identification of laryngeal nerve is made; main problems that arise up before researchers and doctors during surgical operations in area of neck are certain; the main requirements to the system of information signal processing got by application the electro-physiological method of identification the laryngeal nerve are certain; a study of existent methods of the digital signals processing is undertaken and software for their realization are certain; in MATLAB the module of software is realized for processing the information signal, got by application the electro-physiological method of identification of laryngeal nerve during realization the surgical operations on a syroid, that can be used for the study of physiological properties of certain tissues in surgical wound; an interval model of distances of probe point on a surgical wound from interval maximal amplitude of the information signal is built.
