Objective of researches is development of optimization methods of design procedures of radio-electronic device's with generic output functions and distribution laws using object-orientated forming methods of mathematical models of the operability region, tolerance regions and designing boundaries. Methods of researches are modeling of physical processes using tools of engineering analysis, methods of optimization, methods of probability theory and mathematic statistics. Mathematic tools for a tolerance design under generalized propagation of element' parameters are developed. Mathematic tools includes the method of tolerance region forming as beam-ellipsoidal structure, which parameters are defined by statistical rows of elements parameters propagation, and the algorithm of tolerance assignment taking into account nonlinear properties of output functions. Mathematic tools for optimization of mass and technique for design of heat-removing elements using aids of reverse engineering are developed with boosting of design procedure accuracy. Taken results are better then existing domestic analogs and correspond to world analogs. Mathematic tools for object-oriented design of supporting elements of hermetic construction are developed. The tools include the optimization algorithm of mass-overall rates and make possible using optimization strategies of minimal mass, volume and mass-overall. Developed methods were introduced in design of hermetic blocks of satellite-borne equipment and radiolocation systems. Using of this methods lets to provide 20-30% reduction of radiators' mass and improve accuracy of output characteristics. Field of application is radio-electronic sector.
