Dielectric permittivity, dielectric losses, magnetisation and magnetic susceptibility were measured in wide temperature region. The phase diagrams were constructed for all investigated samples. The temperature range of multiferroic phase existance as PbTiO3 content funtion was found. Theoretical calculations and modeling of magneto-ferroelectric properties was carried out using simple phenomanological models and model of electron density functional. Exchange integrals value was calculated for different distribution of magnetic ions in disordered structure of solid solutions. The main magnetic states energy was obtained and magnetic transitions temperature was estimated.
