Also, there was investigated microflora intestines and abdominal cavity. It was found, the correlation presence between the process of formation of postoperative adhesions in the abdominal cavity and increasing levels of plasminogen activator inhibitor and decreasing levels of tissue plasminogen activator 3-5 more times relative to normal, the presence of high concentrations of soluble fibrin values-monomer complexes and D-dimer levels in the serum of patients with adhesive disease, which may be as a marker of high risk of thrombosis and / or adverse flow of adhesive disease. The level of proinflammatory cytokines had been increased till 6-9 day in patients with peritoneal adhesive disease, but in patients without clinical signs of disease level of proinflammatory cytokines had been reduced. We propose a mathematic model of predicting of abdominal adhesive disease in surgical patients based on calculating of the coagulation system.
