An optimal diagnostic algorithm was elaborated for patients with the neuroendocrine pancreatictumors. The efficiency of this method was well-proven and inculcated into practice. An efficiency of both existing and developed methods of surgical treatment of patients with neuroendocrine pancreatic tumorswas estimated. It was proven the efficiency and safety laparoscopic techniques for patients with this pathology. A new tactics for surgical treatment of patients with the widespread forms of neuroendocrine pancreatic tumors (remote metastases, invasion in vessels and nearby organs) was developed.
