From a practical point of view the purpose of the project is increasment of the efficiency of new innovative magnetic separators designs for solving urgent problems of resource. Research methods - analysis and structural systems approach, analytical techniques (conformal mapping and Rogowski) and numerical (finite element method) methods, the method of experimental research. Integrated concept of different types of magnetic separatorssystem design is developed and practically implemented in the work, covering methods and models of structural predictions and directed synthesis, structure, species composition and base taxonomy, information, methodological and mathematical software. The directed choice of competitive technical solutions is theoretically and experimentally grounded. Results obtained in research work are used and can be used by design and machine-building enterprises that are engaged in the development and implementation of new designs of magnetic separators in various industries, including food processing, metallurgy, construction, pharmaceutical and more.
