The structure of modified nanofillers was investigated by thermogravimetric method, by X-ray spectroscopy, by infrared spectroscopic analysis and by electrical methods. With the use of modified nanofillers the biocompatible nanocomposites based on interpenetrating polymer networks composed of polyurethane and poly (2-hydroxyethyl) were synthesized. The structural features of the nanocomposites were investigated by method of small-angle X-ray scattering. The kinetics of desorption (release) of silver, zinc and aminoacids glycine and tryptophan from nanocomposites by analytical methods were investigated and the dependence of the desorption parameters on the composition of the nanocomposites was adjust. A draft specification and temporary technological requirements for new product "Sol-Densyl" were created.
