The aim - to provide increase of predictability and efficiency of application of integrated SLA and SLS technologies owing to possibility of an assessment of project implementation risks in proper time and deposition of functional-proteced coatings with nanostructure in complete cycle of product manufacture. Methodological basis - consistently developed in NTU "KhPI" theory of structuring and aprioristic statistical forecasting of output indicators of the SLA and SLS technologies, based on fundamentals of modern technology of mechanical engineering. The main result - system of statistical forecasting of duration of complete cycle of products creation using SLA and SLS technologies, providing possibility of an assessment of risks of implementation of projects of layer-by-layer creation of products with functionally orienteded post-processes in given term. The practical demand of development is connected to manufacture of products in priority industries: machine-, automobile- aircraft manufacturing, space, medical and others. Introduction of the development has been carried out in "High Technologies in Mechanical Engineering" Educational scientific and production association at NTU "KhPI". The developed system of statistical forecasting has been approved and accepted to use in practice of Design-Technology Bureau of Verification Modeling and Production Preparation entering into this association . Expected assumptions as for development of the object of investigation - expansion of parametrical capabilities and increase in precision opportunities of the developed system, further development of research of advanced functionally oriented postprocesses.
