The purpose of work is development of theoretical bases of selection strategy materialization of products on the basis of the analysis of their electronic 3D image to reduce the resources needed for production. Methods based on scientific propositions of the machine-building technology, formation surfaces, laser processing, computer mathematics, geometric modeling, probability theory, applied statistics, classical and discrete differential geometry. Practical results of work - developed system of morphological analysis of 3D images of the products and of practical recommendations for its use as a system of technological preparation of production. The work was carried out in the Center of the high-integrated technologies on the base of NTU "ХПІ". The developed technical solutions are implemented in practical orders of the industrial enterprises of Ukraine. Enterprises of Ukraine have got the opportunity to reasonably take technological solutions for the effective use of integrated generative technologies layer growth of products.
