Morphological changes of erythrocytes in patients with cancer and genetic diseases were studied using the DHIM. The theoretical analysis and computer simulation of light propagation through quasi-crystal layers of the retina were carried out, which have become the mathematical basis for development of a holographic model of physiological optics.
