Confirmed that in the range of pH below the isoelectric point of gelatin medium effects in gelatin film similar to influence of cationic surfactants micellar solutions. Gelatin films with immobilized ethyleosin can be used to control pH in aqueous environments. Complexes of aluminum (III) with eriochrome cyanine that immobilized in gelatin film in the presence of cationic surfactant are investigated. The composition of the complexes in solution and gelatin film in presence of cetylpyridinium chloride were found. Conditional stability constants of complexes of aluminum (III) with eriochrome cyanine in gelatin film were obtained. Reaction of Al (III) with eriochrome cyanine in gelatin film is taken as a basis for creating a test system for the control of aluminum (III) in natural waters.
