The purpose of work: the developing a mathematical model of the thermal treatment of plant materials with the kinetics of chemical and thermal processes and establishment of spatial and temporal characteristics, which provide the necessary degree of thermochemical transformation. Research methods: a theoretical studying relationship of the process parameters on the mathematical model of the process. Physical and mathematical model which intended for theoretical studying the process of co-obtaining thermal energy and amorphous silicon dioxide from dispersed particles of plant materials in the heat-transfer gas flows have been developed. The interrelation between the input and output process parameters have been identified. Main optimal characteristics of the process at which achieved the maximum fullness of thermochemical transformations and time necessary for their implementation have been found. The estimation of theoretical heat power potential of process has been carried out. Field of use: DG 24.66.0 - production of other chemical products for industrial purposes.
