Methods of investigations: differential thermal analysis, differential scanning calorimetry, IR-, UV- and masspectroscopy, X-ray diffraction analysis, adsorption, rheometric, rotational viscometer, the study of physical and mechanical properties of polymeric materials and composites. The dependence of the initial ratio of components on the properties of the titanboran containing alkoxyderivatives, the conversion degree of the initial monomers from the amount of added solvent, temperature and time of synthesis have been found. The optimum conditions of modification of the binder for the basalt reinforced plastics of the constructional purposes, the optimal degree of filling by basalt fibers, the conditions of manufacture of prepregs on phenol-formaldehyde binder and technological parameters of processing have been found. The influence of the chemical nature of the organosilicon modifiers on the structure and properties of aromatic polyamide (phenylon) have been found. The interaction mechanism in the system polymer-modifier have been investigated. It is shown that the introduction of boron atoms in the alkoxy titanium provides synthesis of a range of effective modifier polymer materials, the new polymeric sulfonic acid catalyst of the reaction of fat-containing raw materials have been synthesized. The dependences of the influence of new activators, modifiers and stabilizers on the properties of the polymer composites have been found.Areas of use: DG 24.16.0 - plastic processing in primary forms; DH 25.24.0 - other plastic wares production; DK 29.14.0- manufacture of bearings, gears, mechanical transmission elements and drives.
