There was substantiated the organization of pedagogical and psychological providing of athletes' sports preparation in the complex structure of scientific-methodological providing realization of Ukrainian national teams' sports preparation, what are the content of regional Olympic sports training centers. Olympic sports training centers - are the foundational organizational structure of providing system of Ukrainian national teams' Olympic sports preparation. The temporary working scientifically unions (complexes, groups, services) introduce the innovative technologies and developments of scientific-research institutions' foundational results of research into practice of Ukrainian national teams' sports preparation. The results of research were used for resolving the practical tasks connected with planning, organization and leading the scientific-methodological providing of Ukrainian national teams' sports preparation for Olympic Games. Given recommendations and propositions were taken into account for preparing the materials for the State social program of physical culture and sports development on 2013 - 2017, and for the Concept of Ukrainian athletes' sports preparation for XXXI Olympic Games. The results of research can be used in general system of athletes' preparation in Olympic sports, in practice of state structures, educational institutions, scientific institutions and organizations, which are involved for scientific-methodological providing of Ukrainian national teams' preparation for Olympic Games.
