The object of research - aerobic productivity of elite athletes according to manifestation of cardio- vascular and respiratory system during test loads. The methods: the analysis of scientific-methodological literature, pedagogical testing, pulsometry, spirometry, gas analysis, methods of mathematical statistics. The results of research allowed define the correlation between indexes of cardio-vascular and respiratory systems during test loads with different motion directivity. It was established that all of 7 indexes, which reflect the features of cardio-vascular and respiratory systems' manifestation, have different range of positive and negative values of correlations with each other. The results of research are used for developing the evaluation system of functional abilities of Ukrainian national teams' elite athletes, which specialized in kinds of sports with mostly manifested endurance. Concerning to the results of research in 2012 there was introduced 2 scientific elaborations into the sports training practice of triathlon and roving Ukrainian national teams, what facilitated rising of efficiency of athletes' sports preparedness for XXX Olympic Games in London. The results of research can be used for monitoring the functional abilities of elite athletes, and, concerning this, for planning the training and competition sports loads for achievement the high physical fitness.
