It is shown, that the most perspective is the hydrodynamic scheme of a multihulled vessel consisting of the central hull in which the basic share of displacement is centred, and several small lateral hulls in the form of small floats. The theoretical analysis of hydrodynamic parameters of several ways of a re-use of wastes of energy of waves, in particular by means of a wing-propeller and a running surface is conducted.
