Aim of the work - determination of single requirements to creation of mine subdivisions on problems of prevention and elimination of the accidents at the enterprises of the coal industry. Methods of investigation - informational researches of materials on carrying-out the search-and-rescue operations, of regulatory and legal acts on regulation of the activities of the auxiliary mine-rescue structures. On the base of the investigations carried out the requirements to structure, recruitment, training (retraining) of the members of the auxiliary mine-rescue detachments, their disposition in the mines, number, subordination are worked out. The introduction of the normative and legal act on health and safety (НПАОП) will favour creation of the safe working conditions at the working places in the mine and elimination of the causes of origin of the accidents, acceleration of the times of the accident elimination and reduction of losses from them.
