Methods of investigations - statistical analysis of literary sources in accordance with the rules of application, maintenance and control of the technical state of the fire extinguishers and of their maintenance routine by the operation and working-out of the typical standards of supply with mine fire extinguishers. Result of the investigation - the working-out of the common operation rules and typical standards of supply with the mine fire extinguishers for the enterprises of the coal industry of the Ukraine. The results of the investigations are used by the working-out of the regulatory fire safety act (НАПБ) "Operating rules and typical standards of supply with mine fire extinguishers". The regulatory fire safety act (НАПБ) is the binding document for fulfilment by the enterprises of the coal industry of the Ukraine irrespective of their activity, forms of ownership. The scientific novelty consists in the ascertainment of the common general technical requirements to the operation of the fire extinguishers and standards of supply of the objects of the enterprises of the coal industry of the Ukraine with them.
