Aim of the work - working-out the industry document on creation of conditions of improvement of the physical state, thermal firmness and thermal adaptability of the organism of the mine rescuers and members of the auxiliary mine-rescue detachments of the mines for the efficient and safe carrying-out of the emergency-and-rescue operations including the operations under conditions of the warming microclimate. Methods of investigations - informational and analytical methods that include the investigations of the existing microclimate conditions in the workings of the coal mines, carrying-out the emergency-and-rescue operations by the mine-rescuers and members of the auxiliary mine-rescue detachments, methods and means of their trainings. As a result of the fulfilment of the work the mines and separate mine workings, which the mine-rescuers (members of the auxiliary mine-rescue detachments) are working under conditions of the warming microclimate in, were determined for the first time, its estimation is adduced; individual heat protections means, including the means for the emergency cooling of the victims by overheating and mechanical injuries, energy load of the mine rescuers (members of the auxiliary mine-rescue detachments) depending on the mass of the load carried, parameters of the mine working, operation with the breathing apparatus, unfavourable conditions, speed of the motion along the mine workings, power intensity of the main kinds of the operations, as well modern methods and means of carrying-out the specials trainings are determined. The introduction of the normative document should guarantee the safety and efficiency of carrying-out the mine-rescue operations at the expense of implementation of the occupational selection, provision with technical means and respective training of the mine rescuers and members of the auxiliary mine-rescue detachments.
