Vr. Bergamotna contain 61 % linalool and 18,0 % linalil acetate in oil, resistant to drought and diseases, the yield of essential oil 49,4 kg/ha (higher on 86 % then standard). There is no analog created variety of mint with that type of essential oil in Ukraine and the world. The new mint variety Ajhurna with mentol content 67.1 - 68.5 %, the yield of essential oil 55.9 kg/ha (higher on 56 % then standard), resistant to drought was created on the base polyploidy M. canadensis L.
