Maximal specific capacitance (up to 200 F/gwith the 30% aqueous KOH solution as electrolyte) was obtained for a sample based on the carbon with a specific surface area about 800 m2 / g and micropore volume about 0.29 cm3/g. For non-aqueous electrolyte (1M tetraetylamonium tetrafluoroborate in acetonitrile) maximal obtained specific capacitance was 60 F/g for the sample based on the carbon with a specific area of 980 m2 / g and micropore volume 0.17 cm3 / g. For electrochemical system Li / electrolyte / C maximal specific capacity (1450 mA?h /g) and energy density (3400 W?h / kg) was achieved for the material carbonated at T = 1173 K and thermally modified at T = 773 K. Modification leads to optimization of nanoporous carbon structure and increasing specific power capacity and specific energy up to10%.
