This clustering exploring matter at relatively small spatial scales (about 1 Mpc) early evolution of the universe (2 <z <5) with new publicly available data from the "forest" of absorption lines Lyman-alpha that is observed in the spectra of distant quasars. It is expected that the development of the method "Lyman-alpha forest" will provide strong constraints on this option, which is very important for particle physics and for our understanding of cosmology. The model-independent results expected under this research project will be used to determine the nature of particles candidate for the role of dark matter and dark energy. Completed upgrades to improve the efficiency of grid cluster MAO NAS of Ukraine. a) cluster expanded two nodes are equipped with two GPU calculator AMD Radeon, and two calculator NVidia b) expanded disk array on 6Tb and c) the existing cluster nodes doosnascheno modern graphics calculator. Modernization has improved capacity of the cluster to ~ 5TGlops in solving problems by means of N-body GPGPU (CUDA and OpenCL).
