Purpose: to justify the approaches to the inhibition of inflammatory and fibrotic processes in chronic diffuse liver diseases by studying the processes of destruction and regeneration of the liver parenchyma. Mesenchymal-inflammatory syndrome promoters violations of metabolism of extracellular matrix components and the development of fibrosis, which is accompanied by the development of cholestasis, severe endogenous intoxication, decreased detoxification function of the liver. This is the basis for the proposed medical complex. The use of a medical complex with autocytokins contributes to the inhibition of fibrosis, which are embodied in the reduction of the severity of cholestasis, inflammation and endotoxemia. The novelty of the study is to demonstrate the greater intensity of collagen synthesis (on indicators of protein-hydroxyproline) over its decay (on indicators of free hydroxyproline) in the process of fibrogenesis, changes the metabolism of connective tissue components (hyaluronic acid, hexosamine, laminin and metalloproteinase -1), as well as the development of a method of diagnosis of liver fibrosis which based on the ratio of pro-and anti-fibrotic components. The theoretical value of the work: new data about the development of fibrosis have been obtained, a method of non-invasive diagnosis of fibrosis have been developed. The practical significance of the work is to justify the medical complexes that contribute to activation of the immune system, aimed at the elimination of viruses, some inhibition of fibrosis and improve liver function and reduced inflammation, cholestasis. According to the materials of the research have been published 43 scientific works, 1 guidelines, received one patent, filed one patent application, made five presentations.
