The aim of work were the determination of content 10B, 11B, 12C та 13C in materials on base boron and carbon and researches of influence of technologies of manufacturing on isotopic content of these materials . The methods of research - nuclear physical method analysis on accelerated ions beams (NRA): The methods of research - nuclear physical method analysis on accelerated ions beams (NRA): particle induced -emission (PIGE), Rutherford backscattering (RBS), X-ray emission (PIXE). The researches were made in NSC KIPT on analytical nuclear-physical complex (ANPC) "Sokil". The optimal conditions of analysis of studying samples were obtained. It was shown that the satisfactory agreement was achieved for results of determination of isotopes content 10B, 11B, 12C and 13C in samples using methods PIGE and RBS. These methods may be used for simultaneous, nondestructive determination of stoichiometry, elemental and isotopic content of various materials on base of carbon and boron and for determination of profile of basic elements so. The field of application of these methods may be the analytical research at manufacturing and certification of national materials for nuclear energetics.
