Kinetics of acetic acid accumulation and reduction of glycerol concentration in the presence of acid catalyst KU-2 was studied. Optimal conditions at that conversion of glycerol is 100% and degree of its acetylation - more than 95% were found. Cetane number (CN) and limiting temperature of filtration (LTF) of three samples (1 - without AGL, 2 - 5% AGL, 3 - 9,5% AGL) were determined. It is found that CN of samples are 50, 52, 45 and LTF are -3, -1 and -3, respectively, that satisfies the standards of Ukraine.
