The computation procedure of operation mode and technical and economic indexes of gangs is worked out: operation speed of aggregate, interchangeable productivity, cost per unit, fuel rate on work executed unit, prime cost of work unit. According to worked out procedure the main technical and economic indexes of tillage machines for cultivating grain crops on traditional and alternative technologies are calculated. Calculations are fulfilled for machines assigned for following technological operations: decortication, disking, ploughing, harrowing, pressed soil cultivating, surface and deep loosening soil on fields from 6 to 250 hectares. The comparative analysis of efficiency and preference of gangs at cultivating large, middle and small fields is conducted. The questions connected with increasing reliability of forage harvesters and another complicated agricultural technique are considered. General description and classification of complicated systems with regard to forage harvesters is given. The directions of increasing reliability of elements and systems of forage combines are identified. The tasks of providing reliability of complicated systems at design, at development process, at mainstream production and exploitation are distinguished. The complex of measures against faults initiation is concerned. Reliability control is possible due to detection the start of fault initiation with signals delivered by diagnostic system with the help of detectors. The construction of threshing end separating device of axial end rotor type with concave being able used for grain from coarse pile fully or particularly is worked out. Vanes in threshing zone implement differentiated influence, they do not influence warmly on qualitative and energy metrics of the process; grain abandoned in the threshing area, concave defect, its constructive features impair device separating ability and threshing process rates en masse. Principle of differentiated threshing, its positive capabilities realization can be carried out by means of concave activation end imparting oscillatory end rotatory movements. Procedure of studied factors optimization is proposed. Predictive estimate about development research subject is searching for optimal production technology of mobile selective seed device free of defects.
