Purpose of the work: the synthesis and study of the electrochemical and semiconductor properties of new conjugated polymer and oligomer thiophene derivatives that are promising for applications in molecular electronics, including polymer solar cells and organic field-effect transistors. The scientific value of the work is based on analysis features of structure - properties for the series fluorene dibenzothіophenes co-oligomers discovered structural factors that enhance the п-conjugation and the polarization of the electrons in the ground state of these molecules. We have synthesized novel deep-blue emissive fused azaborine-thiophenes through a facile borylation reaction. Electropolymerization methods was synthesized fused thienodiazaborine polymer systems with a low band gap and high fluorescence properties in the excited state. The practical significance of the experiment - sintezed of the new polymeric and oligomeric conjugated systems can be used as semiconductors for optoelectronic devices including polymer solar cells and organic field-effect transistors.
