In 2011 it was made and put into commercial operation on the Trypiliya TPP ТПП-210A boiler burner with thermochemical preparation anthracite (TPA). As a result: the burner is reliable in all tested loads of power (225-290 MW), which were tested, using TPA in different modes can raise the temperature at the burner at 50-1000C; trial took place in a wide range of burner coal rates (6-14 tons of coal per hour). Throughout specified load range burner showed reliable operation as using thermochemical coal preparation and without it, while ensuring the temperature at the outlet of muffles 900 950 C, level of nitrogen oxides is 100-400 ppm; most regimes ensured reliable output slag, the average monthly rates ( December 2010 - January 2011) of combustible contents in taking away at work burner with TPA were lower by 0.5 - 0.8%.The results of the testing was performed work project to replace four of the six burners of Trypiliya TPP ТПП-210A boiler case for TPA burner that will operate at lower loads, even when running on low quality coal.
