Concept of safe maintenance of potentially hazardous drawling engineering constructions was elaborated, provided there is influence of various geodynamic factors, as a result of work, based on analysis of the existing scientific achievements and the conducted theoretical and analytical surveys. It gave opportunity to choose reasonable parameters that are critical when estimating the level of accident possibility for chosen control objects. Unlike other methodologies of safe maintenance provision for drawling engineering constructions (especially trunk lines) the offered concept pays general attention to geodynamic influence on control objects. The exploratory prototype of information measurement system for implementation of methodology for geodynamic risk measurement in the location areas of potentially hazardous drawling engineering constructions was elaborated. The results of surveys can be used for technological problem solving at energy and oil and gas industry enterprises as well as enterprises of chemical and petrochemical industry.
