The unified form of the bids is suggested. The method of competitive selection of manufacturers and suppliers of electricity on the "day ahead" market (power exchange) are developed. The programming model of results calculation of bilateral auction for the purchase and sale of electricity is implemented. The performance of the method proposed is tested.
