NAMS of Ukraine " popup.description2 Object of research: patients with syndromes of compression of neural structures which are caused by lumbar spinal stenosis and instability. Aim of investigation: patients increase efficiency of surgical treatment of patients with neurocompressive syndromes, which are caused by lumbar spinal stenosis and instability. Methods of investigations: standard complex of investigation included: 1. Neurological investigation 2. X-ray 3. CT 4. MRI 5. Neurophysiological analysis 6. Statistical methods In recent years introduction in clinical practice CT, MRI, functional MR give a possibility improve diagnostics of lumbar spinal stenosis and instability. Use of modern endoscopic technologies and techniques, microsurgery allows to improve quality of treatment of patients with this pathology. Essence of this methods consists in stabilizing of the damaged segment with subsequent maintenance of his mobility. Results can be used for treatment of discogenic neurocompressive syndromes with minimal trauma and maximal efficiency. Social and economic value of research consist in providing of adequate treatment of patients with disability due to pain. Based on analysis of treatment of 179 patients in department of laser and miniinvasive spinal department is offered an optimal algorhythm of diagnostic and treatment of lumbar spinal stenosis and instability.
