The object of study - a complication of surgical treatment of arterial aneurysms (AA) of the brain. Purpose - to improve the results of surgical treatment of brain AA based on techniques developed diagnosis, prognosis and prevention of complications perioperative period. Methods - clinical neurological, spiral computer tomography (CT), magnetic - resonance imaging (MRI), magnetic - resonance angiography(MRI-ang.), transcranial doppler ultrasound, subtraction cerebral angiography (DSA), rotary DSA with three-dimensional reconstruction. Laboratory studies. Most bad for surgical treatment of arterial aneurysms (AA) of the brain are patients with complicated subarachnoid hemorrhage (SAH) in combination with intra-cerebral hematoma (ICH) and intra-ventricular hemorrhage (IVH). Postoperative mortality in complicated SAH ranged from 16.9 to 35.7% depending on the anatomical shape hemorrhage. The primary factors that aggravate the disease and lead to negative outcomes in complicated SAH is the severity of the patient's critical volume ICH, massive IVH. The risk of intraoperative complications during endovascular surgery for brain AA is 12.6%.
