Karazin popup.description2 Objects of the investigations are the solar corona and chromosphere, the lunar surface and Jovian atmosphere. Goal of the work is monitoring of solar activity, studying of physical properties of the solar corona and chromosphere, atmospheres and surfaces of planets. Methods of investigation are spectrometrical, photometrical and polarimetrical, using theoretical analysis of data. During 84 observational days, images of the Sun in the K-line of CaІІ and infrared helium line 1083 nm have been obtained. Information about time of the patrols, H flares, active prominences and filaments sent to the World Data Center (WDC-A, Boulder, USA). 22 September 2011 monitoring of the reaction of the chromosphere in the helium line 1083 nm on the evolution of X-ray flare Х1.4/2N and coronal mass ejection of the "halo" type has been carried out. As part of a software system xIRIS, software for detection of substance flows from coronal holes (CH) by comparing the brightness of the CH in the blue and red wings of line HeІ 1083 nm has been modernized. For a final conclusion about the presence or absence of the substance flows at chromospheric heights, further modernization of observation and data processing system is necessary. Analysis of the behavior of indices of flare activity of the Sun in X-rays showed a significant delay of the current cycle 24 on the growth phase from previous cycle both by energy (XFI) and by the number of events (Nx). Using the series of different indices of solar activity (SA), quasi-periodicity (called as Rieger Type Periodicities, RTP) were studied. For the first time, the distribution over lunar surface of latitude dependence parameter ? has been obtained. This parameter of Akimov-Velikodsky's disk function is related to relief complexity. Higher values of this parameter for the highlands than for the mares has been confirmed. It is shown that disk function of highlands is approaching to Akimov's law which was obtained theoretically for extremely rough surface. An algorithm and software for mapping the parameters of phase function with taking into account relief of the surface have been developed. This algorithm allows to release practically fully the maps of these parameters from influence of relief and allow to construct map of zonal components of relief slopes. An algorithm for correction of photometric observations for the relief influence has been developed. It allows to study phase dependence of brightness of lunar surface not only for flat marine regions but also for highlands and other areas with the expressed topography.
