It has been proven that the effect of the hepatocyte proliferation activity stimulation against induced liver regeneration for embryonic cell extracts was more pronounced than for the cells. This effect is caused by the action of biologically active substances contained in the embryonic cells. It has been shown that the use of stem cell transfusion animals with experimental hepatitis has a protective effect on the humoral immune system and normalized the function of lymphocytes. The administration of hematopoietic progenitor cells contributes to the normalization of immune status, functions of liver and pancreas, but not completely.
